In selling our home, she helped us set our expectations as to a realistic market price, advised us on how to stage our home, and presented it to other realtors and potential buyers through all available means. Our home sold at the first open house. But that was not the end of it. Nicole diligently worked with us and the buyers through the entire process up to and including closing. We are still friends with the buyers, a testament to Nicole's interpersonal skills.

We sold our beautiful home with Nicole and her team! Nicole, is professional, responsive, honest and took the time to clearly explain every step of the process and kept us well informed of what was going on. Nicole was a strong negotiator and had our best interest throughout the whole process making sure that we got the best price with the best client. She and her team were on top of everything! They were very proactive, readily available to answer questions and they didn't miss a beat. Since we were shipping a lot of our furniture prior to the house going on the market Nicole had her stager come in and stage the home at no additional cost! Big savings for us! I couldn't be happier with my experience with Nicole. If you are looking to sell or buy in Santa Clara County I would highly recommend her.
